Cheryl Smith-Debanné is the point person for Children’s Ministry for the St. Lawrence District and a member of the C&MA National Children’s Network Team. She is also a National Trainer with Plan to Protect®, a plan now being used in 5,000 churches, schools, associations and daycares.
