In this season of adjustments, we have been forced to rethink our annual Worker's Retreat. We are happy to announce that we think that we have found a compromise that will allow us to spend some time together. On Thursday, September 24, we will gather for a day of spiritual refreshing, fellowship and encouragement.
The theme for our gathering is: “Breathe”—an invitation to spend time in God’s presence—allowing for a moment of respite for the things that we all have been carrying over the last number of months, as well as to be rejuvenated for the season that is to come.
In order to maximize participation, as well as to ensure that we are abiding by the government guidelines regarding social gatherings, we will be offering 2 sites: (1) The Villa du Carmel, located halfway between Montreal and Quebec City, and (2) the Noyan Alliance Church. These gatherings will happen simultaneously, and will be a combination of shared and site-specific content.
The cost for the day, which includes lunch, is $15 per person. You can simply pay on the day of the event (cash or cheque).
